Customer Service Advisor – Vaccination Services (Temporary Role)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Location: Hybrid (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

What You’ll Be Doing
*Acting as the first point of contact for new and returning customers
*Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails via Zendesk
*Providing accurate information on services and supporting customers throughout their journey
*Handling complaints and escalating issues where necessary
*Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions
What You’ll Bring
*Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Previous experience in B2B client support
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*A sense of urgency and ability to multitask under pressure
Desirable:
*Minimum 3 A-levels and 2+ years in a customer service role
*Healthcare sector experience
