Ecommerce Assistant
Location: Southend-on-Sea or London (travel between offices required)
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about ecommerce and digital content? We’re looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to join a dynamic team and support the growth of multiple global brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a creative eye for online merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and update product colour swatches to enhance presentation.
*Curate "Complete the Look" sections to promote related products.
*Organise and optimise product categories for improved navigation and searchability.
*Implement merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
*Conduct daily website audits to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
*Support CRM initiatives and assist with customer data management.
*Write and update engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions.
*Perform SEO tasks to improve site visibility and rankings.
*Manage digital assets, resize imagery, and maintain DAM portal.
*Update pricing and ensure accurate product information across platforms.
*Coordinate stock replenishment and ordering for product shoots.
*Regularly update the Shopify website with new assets, text, and product details.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite (beneficial).
*Experience with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimisation (advantageous).
*Good IT literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
