Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality, compliant whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients with diverse needs.
*Conduct virtual client meetings to understand individual goals and recommend tailored solutions, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
*Work closely with the support team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
*Maintain and develop relationships with key referrers and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
*Play an active role in shaping the direction and success of the mortgage & protection team as the business scales.
Requirements:
*Relevant UK qualification to give mortgage advice (e.g., CeMAP / Certificate in Mortgage Advice).
*Minimum of 3 years’ whole-of-market mortgage advice experience, with a proven record of delivering excellent client outcomes.
*In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in protection advice is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
