Department: Commercial Services
Reporting to: Team Leaders & Office Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Description
The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leaders and Office Manager but will be expected to work closely as part of a team comprising Commercial Administrators, Team Leaders, Contract Managers, Field Service Managers, Department Managers and the Engineering team.
Commercial Administrator
The Key Driver for this role is to achieve exceptional client/customer service, efficiency in planning works including pre-planned maintenance schedules and communication across engineers, administration staff and contract managers. The successful candidate will welcome and fully encompass the use of all Company Systems and approved procedures to achieve this, challenging where necessary to further improve or enhance delivery.

< >Good organisational skills Demonstrate initiative and good work ethic Attention to detail Openness to learning Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Planning and scheduling skills desirable Excellent Customer Service skills Able to work closely within a team environment Computer skills Able to meet deadlines
< >Diary management of engineers including planning day to day works Responding to email queries Answering client/resident phone calls Raising and booking repair jobs Ordering parts/materials when required Liaising with Sub-contractors when required Liaising with Engineers when required Accountable for ensuring contract compliancy via pre-planned maintenance visits Key performance indicators (KPIs) Working from various reporting systems Attend client meetings when required Attend team meetings when required Working from SABRE action lists (company in house systems)
