Business Development Manager – Carlisle

Your Day-to-Day
*Proactively and reactively sell profitable new business within your territory to meet set targets.
*Build and maintain your own pipeline of new business opportunities in the Carlisle area.
*Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.
*Manage a sales territory and prospect lists for business opportunities.
*Be the primary interface between our business and target customers.
*Responsible for prospecting and pricing negotiations.
*Create compelling proposals and close deals to exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience generating a sales pipeline and working to 100% new business.
*Strong commercial background and awareness.
*Energy, confidence, and resilience with a proactive sales approach.
*Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
*Independent achiever with minimal supervision.
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential for local travel).
