Job Description:
Are you an experienced Estate Agent with valuing experience, looking for an opportunity that enables you to work from home?
Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Bristol area.
The role offers a range of commission opportunities, including, instruction bonuses, commission on completions, canvassed instruction incentives, and mortgage and legal sign-up bonuses.
This is a great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers a salary and uncapped earnings, that’s not to be missed!
Working hours:
*Full Time
*Hybrid working
What’s on offer:
*Up to £27,500 Basic
*£60,000 - £65,000

Valuer requirements:
*Highly experienced within property sales and valuing
*Be motivated and driven
*Good knowledge of the local area
*Great communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent customer service skills
*A full and clean UK driving license
Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
*Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller’s properties
*Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
*Engage and support customers throughout their journey
*Build a relationship and be the customer’s key point of contact through the process
