Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Senior Mortgage Paraplanner to join our clients, an established Mortgage centre based in Chelmsford
This opportunity requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, working in a varied and fast paced role.
Working hours:
As a Senior Mortgage Paraplanner, you’ll be required to work Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
The successful Senior Mortgage Paraplanner will be offered:
*Upto £32,000 Basic
*Bonus scheme
*Health and wellbeing programme
The Senior Mortgage Paraplanner role will include the following duties:
*Submitting Mortgage applications ensuring all criteria has been met
*Updating CRM with relevant client information
*Conduct file reviews
To be considered for the Senior Mortgage Paraplanner role you must have:
*Keen interest in Mortgages
*Experience in Mortgage Administration / Paraplanning
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
*Strong communication skills
*Full CeMAP qualifications
