Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct business development calls to attract new clients.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
*Negotiate fees and terms of service with clients.
*Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
*Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Marketing or Business Support sectors.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High level of professionalism and commitment to achieving targets.
*Experience in client relationship management and business development.
