Job Overview
Are you an experienced Credit Controller who has always worked in pure Credit teams and looking for a new opportunity. You will be someone who enjoys fast paced, Excel, working as a part of a team and able to start immediately. This is a hybrid role with only two days in the offices in Brentwood and 3 days working from home.
Responsibilities
*Collecting cash via telephone and email for your part of the ledger
*Managing and resolving any disputes to release payment
*Monitor and manage the outstanding debt and utilising stakeholders in the business to help recover outstanding monies owed.
*Weekly reporting on high risk debt
*Managing the ledger, sorting unallocated cash and credit balances,
*Reconciliations
*Reviewing and escalating aged debt
*Monitor credit limits
*Build relationships
Requirements
*Be a good team player and have experience working as part of a Credit team
*Local enough to be able to commute to the offices twice a week in Brentwood
*Able to start in the next week
*Have a good level of Excel, ideally intermediate
