We are seeking an Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a dynamic and super friendly small office. This role is central to keeping the team organised, connected, and on track. It is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied role, communicates effectively, and is proficient with digital tools.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for the office, handling calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
*Maintain clear and orderly records, files, and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
*Enter and update data accurately in our systems to keep information reliable and current.
*Utilise Google Suite to produce documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support office operations.
*Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments to support effective scheduling and time management.
*Provide general administrative support to colleagues, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*High level of proficiency with Google Suite and other digital tools.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
