Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Location: Ashford
Contract Type: Temporary – Immediate Start (January to March)
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for an Admin Support Officer to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
What you’ll be doing:
*Provide essential administrative support to the HR Business Partnering team.
*Prepare course materials and ensure training environments are ready.
*Arrange meetings and take minutes when required.
*Assist with report production and maintain accurate databases.
*Manage office supplies and keep notice boards up to date.
*Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in line with GDPR.
*Support local projects and liaise with external stakeholders for training provision.
What we’re looking for:
*Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and accurate typing ability.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communicator who can work under pressure and to deadlines.
*Previous administration experience is desirable.
