Management Accounting Business Partner | £38,000 - £40,000 | Permanent
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Management Accounting Business Partner to their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid and flexible working and the opportunity to learn from other reputable sector professionals.
Duties:
*Analysing past and current financial data to assess trends and ensure value for money
*Producing complex reconciliations (balance sheet)
*Producing monthly management accounts and budgets
*Assisting with financial plans and models
*Carrying out variance analysis and providing commentary
Experience:
*Previous experience working in a similar position – Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, Accountant
*Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge
*Experience of working within social housing
*Excellent experience and understanding of end-to-end financial processes
