Our finance graduate scheme was introduced in 2011 to create a pipeline of future finance leaders and has been an overwhelming success, with many of our graduates quickly progressing to senior finance positions both in the UK and across the Group. We are delighted to once again be able to offer an opportunity for Two ambitious Finance graduates to join our team.
The scheme
Our unique graduate scheme offers you a breadth of experience with rotations across both Group and UK finance functions including:

You will benefit from full study support towards the ACA qualification, expert coaching, mentoring, and training. Study support at Hays will include full funding for your exams, materials, and tutorial sessions as well as up to 40 days study leave over the 3 years of the Graduate Program. About you
We are looking for an ambitious, talented individual who has recently graduated or is due to graduate in 2026 with a 2:1 grade achieved or predicted. Suitable candidates must have achieved a grade B or above at A-level Maths and be able to be work from our New Malden Finance Centre 3 days a week. You will be an enthusiastic, fast learner with the ability to adapt and integrate into many different teams and environments. An ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and numerical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
