Part Time Legal Secretary - Litigation background (office based)
Chelmsford
3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Our client is looking for a Part Time Legal Secretary with Litigation experience to work part time within their secretarial team.
As a Legal Secretary you will be required to provide secretarial support to the fee earners.This will include diary management, arranging and booking meetings, liaising with clients, solicitors and courts and answering the phone, speaking to new and existing clients.
You must be an experienced Legal Secretary, with accurate audio typing speeds from digital dictation. You will also have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
This is a part time role, working 3 days per week, however, flexibility is required to cover holidays.
