Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable company based in South London, which is looking for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join their team.

Working hours:
*Full-time (Monday–Friday)
*Hybrid role (2 days a week in office)
Our client is offering the successful Residential Building Surveyor:
*Basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience
*Performance-based bonus
*25 days holiday, increasing with service up to 30 days
*Mileage and lunch expenses
*Career progression
Residential Building Surveyor requirements:
*AssocRICS or higher
*Minimum 2 years’ experience
*UK driving license
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The role of Residential Building Surveyor will consist of:
*Carrying out Level 2 and 3 surveys (Essential)
*Party Wall Matters (advantageous)
*Project Management (Essential)
