Job Description:

Our clients, a well-established surveying practice, are looking for a residential surveyor to join their team in a dynamic office, based in South West Hertfordshire.
Working hours:
*Full-time (Monday-Friday), can consider Part-time (min 3-day week)
*Flexible (Control of your own dairy)
*Office-Based
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
*Basic salary between £36,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
*Between 10-14% on personal net billings
*Option of commission-only salary, earning 36% on personal billings (MRICS)
*Car Allowance and Mileage
*20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas Period
*Contributions toward RICS costs’ (i.e. memberships, CPD courses and exams)
*Can progress to the director level, receiving further benefits
*Annual Salary Reviews
Residential Surveyor requirements:
*AssocRICS or higher
*UK driving license
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
*Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
*Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this)
*Some Valuations
