Job Description:
Robert Half have partnered with a global investment management firm to recruit for an experienced Migration Engineer on an initial-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities *Lead and execute migration activities across end-user devices and infrastructure.
*Manage and configure SCCM for application packaging, deployment, and patching.
*Implement and optimise Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless migration processes.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to migration and deployment.
*Maintain documentation and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
Experience: *Proven experience as a leading a laptop migration project within professional services environments (Investment Banking, Asset Management, Legal, etc.).
*Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager).
*Solid experience with Microsoft Autopilot for modern device management.
*Excellent understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and migration strategies.
*Ability to work under pressure in a high-demand environment with strict deadlines.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information: *Start Date: w/c 26 January
*Duration: 4 months (potential extension)
*Location: Central London - 5 days onsite
*Engagement: Inside IR35
