Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School
Location: Hounslow

About the Role
You will support teachers during lessons, work closely with students who require additional support, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This role provides excellent exposure to day-to-day classroom practice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
*Support whole-class teaching and learning
*Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Assist pupils with SEN or additional needs
*Help prepare lesson resources and classroom materials
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
*Support student progress and development
*Assist with pastoral and safeguarding duties
