Sales Administrator
Location: Chessington, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring exceptional service for clients. You’ll manage enquiries, process orders, and provide vital administrative support to help the team achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and allocate new client enquiries, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
*Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Ensure timely shipment of orders and resolve any delivery issues.
*Provide sales support, including preparing quotations to maximise conversion rates.
*Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
*Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
Skills & Experience Required
*Proficient in Office 365 and CRM systems.
*Strong numeracy skills with intermediate Excel knowledge.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
