Key Duties and Responsibilities
*Support teachers during whole-class lessons
*Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN or additional needs
*Assist with lesson planning, resources, and classroom organisation
*Promote positive behaviour and student engagement
*Help students develop confidence, independence, and academic skills
*Support safeguarding and pastoral care where required
