Job Description:
Receptionist / Administrator required in NG9
Duration: Temporary (rolling placement)
Pay £13-14ph ( Based on exp )
Overview
We’re looking for a confident and reliable administrator. This role is primarily customer-facing, acting as a receptionist, but will also involve general administrative support.
Key Requirements
*Strong administrative skills and ability to learn quickly
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
*Calm and professional under pressure
*Accurate in taking and relaying messages
About the Role
While most days will be calm and steady, there are times when the environment becomes fast-paced and high-pressure. The ideal candidate will stay composed and efficient during these periods. Full training on admin duties will be provided for the right candidate.
