Job Description:
Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is currently looking for a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team based in the Colchester area.

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:
*£24,000 basic salary
*Realistic OTE of £30,000 (Uncapped)

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
*Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales and lettings process
*Negotiate sales and rental agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
*Conduct property viewings, showcasing homes to prospective buyers and tenants
*Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to build and maintain strong relationships
*Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date within the CRM system
*Adapt to business needs by working across various branches as required
To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you must have:
*At least 6 months of recent experience working for an Estate Agency in either sales or lettings
*Must hold a full UK driving licence
*A career-driven mindset
*Strong customer service skills
*Proficiency in IT
*A keen eye for detail
*The ability to work as a team player while showcasing your individual flair
