As a Senior Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
*Lead and develop your branch team, creating a positive, motivated, and high-performing culture
*Manage and monitor branch performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive revenue and market share growth
*Take ownership of valuations, viewings, and negotiations to ensure smooth sales progression
*Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community
*Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and maximise opportunities
*Implement and oversee processes that deliver efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service
*Maintain health & safety standards and ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations
