Description
*Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
*Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure up-to-date and precise records.
*Manage payment runs, including preparing and processing electronic transfers and cheques.
*Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to supplier queries in a timely manner.
*Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
*Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
*Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role.
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
