Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently supporting an organisation based in Tetbury who are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper on a temporary basis for two months. This role is on a part-time basis of 4 days a week, has free parking and hybrid working options available.
Role: Bookkeeper
Start date: End of January
Duration: 2 months
Money: £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Working hours: 30 hours spread across 4 days a week
Responsibilities:
*Ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and up to date using Xero
*Monthly BACS and supplier payments
*Managing monthly Payroll using 3rd party provider
*Quarterly VAT return
*Maintaining sales ledger - Minimal
*Till and bank reconciliations
Skills/experience needed:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Previous experience managing payroll
*High attention to detail
*Computer literate
*Ability to take accountability and work pro-actively
*Experience using Xero
