We’re recruiting an Junior Sales Agent Executive for a leading Medical Equipment Supplier and Manufacturer based in High Wycombe. Do you want a career in Sales and are just starting out?

The Role
As a Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for managing customer queries, processing orders, and supporting sales activity across multiple communication channels. You’ll confidently liaise with internal departments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify customer requirements and provide the best solutions in line with company processes
*Process customer orders via phone, email, and web
*Accurately manage enquiries, quotes, sales orders, and invoices
*Apply correct carriage charges where applicable
*Record customer interactions, resolutions, and orders accurately using CRM systems
*Proactively promote new products and support customer needs
