Building Services Engineer

Join a leading global provider of facilities management and building services as a Building Services Engineer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems at a large commercial site in Frimley.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance using advanced facilities management software.
*Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks via a dedicated tech app.
*Ensure compliance with Legionella L8 regulations.
*Perform electrical work in line with 8th Edition standards.
*Liaise with external contractors for specialist services such as AC units and boilers.
*Conduct water testing and tap testing.
*Maintain and troubleshoot general building systems including UPS systems, generators, and fire sprinklers.
*Participate in an on-call rota for emergency response.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Electrical qualification (8th Edition).
*Experience in general building services maintenance.
*Knowledge of Legionella L8 compliance.
*HV experience preferred (training provided if necessary).
*NEBOSH certification is advantageous but not essential.
*Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems.
