Job Description:
Our client, a market-leading production specialist, are looking for an experience Customer Service Team Leader to join their team in Wigan. They are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis and the role is available immediately.
Benefits:
*Salary - £40,000 to £45,000, dependant on experience
*Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
*Holidays - 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
*Hybrid Working - Every other Friday employees can work from home in line with a rota (once full training has been completed)

Role Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the customer service team, alongside the customer service manager, in general day to day operations. They will be responsible for working directly alongside one of the client’s bigger accounts, ensuring exemplary levels of service are maintained.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Management and monitoring of orders to ensure fulfilment, ensuring quantities, prices and delivery times are adhered to as per customer requests
*Monitoring of stock replenishments, ensuring they are being actioned in line with stock agreements and forecasts
*Check daily load plan from Transport and resolve any planning or deliver issues proactively, as well as looking forward for order consolidation for customers
*Take ownership of new business, including quotes and track until final delivery
*Ensure customer complaints are correctly logged and closed in a timely manner
*Attend meetings and briefings when required, together with Customer Services Manager, Sales Team, Regional Commercial and Sales Manager
Specification:
*Previous experience within a similar customer service role, at Team Leader level, is essential
*A background within production or manufacturing is essential
*Experience in managing a team of between 5 and 10 people is preferred
*Proficient in the use of MS office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Previous experience using SAP would be advantageous
*A clear and concise communicator
