Personal Assistant Vacancy
Job Type: Full-time permanent - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with hybrid working to be discussed accordingly.
We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team within a very well-established and successful organisation.
This role requires the applicant to have strong organisational skills, be reliable, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality on all business matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team, including drafting emails, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
Welcome guests and customers, answering or directing inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Manage the Leadership Team’s appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
Maintain a central meeting calendar for meetings across the team and coordinate with equivalent functions in within the company.
Act as a point of contact for travel-related issues, liaising with relevant parties accordingly and manage travel bookings and insurance claims.
Support the Site Service function with administrative tasks as required.
Handle any ad hoc duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think laterally to solve problems and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently against tight deadlines and as an effective team player.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a similar corporate environment.
Employee Health & Safety Compliance:
Comply with company policies, reporting, and controls as per Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately and cooperate with the employer to ensure compliance with health and safety duties.
