Overview We are seeking an experienced Polisher to join a well-established manufacturing and engineering organisation based in Kings Norton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, full-time hours, and an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities *Polishing and finishing metal or plastic components to high-quality standards
*Using a variety of polishing tools, machinery, and abrasive materials
*Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specification and surface finish requirements
*Maintaining polishing equipment and reporting any defects or maintenance needs
*Working to production targets while ensuring quality and consistency
*Following health & safety guidelines at all times
*Supporting general production duties when required
Requirements *Previous polishing experience is essential
*Confidence using polishing machinery and hand tools
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to work efficiently on night shifts
*Reliability, good communication, and a positive work ethic
*Able to start immediately
