An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join a growing and well-established St. James’s Place practice based near Epping Forest.

Role Overview
The Financial Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Partner, Advisers, and wider team with the smooth day-to-day running of client administration and business processing. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys working in a structured, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing administrative support to Advisers and the operations team
*Processing new business, valuations, and policy servicing
*Preparing client documentation and supporting client meeting preparation
*Liaising with product providers and internal stakeholders
*Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
*Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements in line with St. James’s Place standards
*Delivering a high level of client service at all times
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a financial services environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA or SJP preferred)
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confidence using financial systems and Microsoft Office
*Strong communication and client service skills
Desirable:
*Experience within a St. James’s Place practice
*Progress toward relevant financial services qualifications
