Job Title: Part 3/ Newly Qualified Architect
Location: Watford
Salary: £34-37,000 DOE

An established multidisciplinary architecture, design, engineering, and construction practice with over 145 years of experience delivering high-specification design-build-manage projects across the UK and Europe. The practice combines in-house architectural design, engineering, procurement, project management, and construction expertise to deliver complex industrial, commercial, research, and public sector projects from concept through to completion. It is known for its technical excellence, collaborative approach, and commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.
Relevant Industrial or Pharmaceutical experience would be required to be considered.

Daily Duties
* Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through technical delivery
* Produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation using Revit and other design tools
* Work closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams within a multidisciplinary setting
* Coordinate with external consultants and contribute to planning and technical submissions
* Support contract administration and respond to site-based design queries
* Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and internal quality processes
Ideal Candidate
* Part III qualified or newly qualified architect with UK project experience
* Strong design ability supported by solid technical knowledge
* Good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction detailing
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
* Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
