Job Description:
The Role:
* Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions
* Support students with academic progress and emotional wellbeing
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual SEN needs
* Build positive and professional relationships with students and families
* Provide feedback on progress and engagement
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with SEN (teaching, tutoring, support work, or similar)
* Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Qualified teacher, HLTA, or experienced tutor (QTS desirable but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
