Job Description:
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
£28,000 - £30,000 plus study support and wider benefits package
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
*Manage the company’s sales ledgers
*Manage the company’s purchase ledgers
*Update and reconcile the company’s cashbooks to the bank accounts
*Assist with the production of management information reports
*Reconcile statements against the core operating systems, dealing with any queries and raising payments in line with the company’s internal controls
*Support the credit control process by issuing reminders, statements and chasing outstanding debts to ensure minimal bad debt
*Process customer refunds in line with the Company’s policies
Person specification:
*At least 2 year’s experience in a similar role
*Be able to accurately process information and be strong numerically
*Be comfortable using Excel
*Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
*Comfortable using different CRM systems
*Good written and oral communication
