Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading RIBA chartered architectural practice who provide expert design services to high profile projects across the Midlands. They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Birmingham offices.

Duties for the role of Job Runner include:
*Manage and deliver commercial projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
*Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:
*Relevant degree within architectural technology
*Strong experience within a relevant within a UK practice
*CIAT registered would be desirable
*Proficient with Revit
*Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
*Strong experience working across RIBA stages 4 through to 6
*Job running experience is essential
*Strong technical and design skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
