Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Primary School - Doncaster
Start: ASAP
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Doncaster, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will work across Year 1 to Year 6, providing high-quality support to pupils and teachers, delivering interventions, and leading learning where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities * Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
* Delivering planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher
* Working with individuals and small groups to raise attainment
* Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
Essential Requirements * HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven experience delivering Read Write Inc. (RWI)
* Experience working across primary year groups (Year 1-Year 6)
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
