Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Bolton that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team for an immediate full-time start.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children across the primary age range, working closely with class teachers to help pupils reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis

* Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

* Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

* Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

This role would suit:
* Graduate Teaching Assistants considering a career in education

* Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants

* Individuals with school-based or relevant child-focused experience
