Job Description:
Our client is a people-focused Accountancy Practice with an audit team that truly stands apart.

As an Audit Supervisor / Manager, you will take a key leadership role within the department, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure the successful planning, delivery, and review of high-quality audit services. You will be instrumental in guiding and developing the team while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Planning, managing, and completing audit assignments to a consistently high standard.
• Leading audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Reviewing audit work and providing clear, constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues to support their professional growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the audit team and wider firm.
• Demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development and technical excellence.
Requirements:
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working within an accountancy practice, including leading audit assignments.
• Strong technical audit knowledge and the ability to plan and manage engagements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in using MS 365 and relevant accounting/audit software.
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
