Job Description:
Payroll Manager
Our international law firm client is seeing a skilled Payroll Manager, who, alongside project and change responsibilities, will also manage the day-to-day payroll and benefit operations, to ensure seamless continuity.
*Salary to £65,000
*Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days remote

*Prime City location / Liverpool Street
Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the movement of the fully managed UK payroll to a fully outsourced payroll (via ADP)
*Drive the payroll change project from start to finish, meeting agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget
*Develop and execute a change management strategy, to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes
*Full management of the UK benefits platform, and annual benefit window project and launch
*Provide any advice or guidance on employee benefits
*Two UK payrolls (headcount 400) (fully managed, ADP iHCM2)
Payroll Manager Skills & Requirements:
*Proven experience leading payroll change projects
*Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit processes, legislation, and compliance in the UK
*Ideally have experience of ADP iHCM
*Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
