*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
*Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes within the organisation.
*Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
*Support strategic business planning by providing accurate and timely financial data.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
*Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial analysis.
Profile
A successful FP&A Accountant should have:
*Be a self-starter, resilience and have excellent interpersonal skills.
*Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or qualified by experience.
*Proficiency in financial reporting and analytical skills.
*Excellent knowledge of financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
*An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
