Robert Half Ltd is partnering with a leading London-based business to hire a Head of Systems Innovation to own and evolve their Microsoft business platforms for a leading FTSE 250 company!
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real ownership - not a legacy clean-up, not vendor management theatre.
What actually matters You must be strong in:
* Dynamics 365 (CE and/or Finance & Operations)

* Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

* Power BI (analytics, reporting, business insight)

You’ll lead platform strategy, set standards, and ensure these systems genuinely support the business as it scales.
What you’ll be doing * Owning and improving the D365 estate

* Driving delivery across Power Platform solutions

* Ensuring data and reporting are meaningful via Power BI

* Leading and mentoring a small specialist team

* Working closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into systems that work
