Location: North London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits

The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the advisers and wider team, with responsibilities including:
*Preparing high-quality suitability reports and client recommendations
*Conducting in-depth research across pensions, investments, and protection
*Supporting advisers with technical queries and complex casework
*Ensuring all client files meet compliance and regulatory standards
*Working closely within a collaborative and supportive team environment
About You
You will ideally:
*Be Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion)
*Have proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
*Be technically strong, detail-focused, and confident supporting advisers
*Have excellent communication and analytical skills
*Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach
