The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key part in supporting the advisers and wider team. Responsibilities include:
*Preparing high-quality suitability reports and recommendations
*Conducting in-depth research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
*Supporting advisers with technical queries and complex casework
*Ensuring all client files meet compliance and regulatory standards
*Building strong internal relationships within a collaborative team culture
About You
To be successful, you will:
*Be Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion)
*Have proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
*Be technically strong, detail-focused, and confident supporting advisers
*Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
*Have a proactive, solutions-focused approach
