A well-established boutique IFA firm in Folkestone is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Administrator to join their close-knit team.
Working closely with the firm’s Chartered Financial Planners and Paraplanner, this role will focus on supporting both new and existing business processing within a busy, high-quality financial planning environment. This is a hands-on position and would suit someone who is confident managing end-to-end financial administration and provider liaison.
The Role
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Paraplanner and advisers
*Processing new business from submission through to completion
*Managing ongoing servicing requirements for existing clients
*Preparing, submitting, and tracking documentation with providers and platforms
*Chasing providers and platforms to ensure cases progress smoothly
*Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
*Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures
*Regular professional contact with clients and third parties
The Ideal Candidate
*At least 3 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
*Background within an IFA or wealth management firm is essential
*Previous experience supporting advisers and/or paraplanners
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
What’s on Offer
*Salary up to £36,000, depending on experience
