A well-known professional services firm is looking for a Reward Consultant to join its Financial Services people advisory team. The role involves supportingclients with reward design, regulatory change, data analysis and broader people-related projects.

You’ll help to deliver high-quality technical and strategic reward guidance,contribute to both compliance and advisory work, support disclosure and reporting activities, and partner with internal teams to ensure reward aligns with wider people and business strategy. There will also be opportunities to coach junior colleagues, build trusted client relationships and play a role in developing existing business.

We’re looking for someone numerate, detail-focused and confident working in a consulting environment, with strong experience in reward and the ability to adapt quickly.You’ll bring excellent communication skills, solid technical reward knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output. Experience in a professional services or Financial Services environmentis required.
