Part-Time PPA / Cover Teacher - Acton

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a part-time PPA / cover teacher to join a 3-form entry primary school in Acton. This role offers flexibility, with 3-5 days per week depending on your availability, covering teacher PPA time and absent colleagues across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or confident ECTs who want consistent classroom experience in a supportive environment, without the long-term planning responsibilities of a full class teacher.

The Role
As a PPA / cover teacher, your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, following pre-prepared plans
*Maintaining classroom routines and behaviour expectations
*Engaging pupils and ensuring they remain focused throughout the day
*Providing handover feedback to the school for each session
*Representing the school professionally at all times
There is no expectation for long-term planning, marking, or additional administrative duties beyond the cover lessons.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
*QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
*Experience teaching in UK primary schools
*Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
*A reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
*Availability for 3-5 days per week, starting ASAP
