Job Description:
Job Title: Electrical Installation Lecturer
Location: Scarborough TEC
Working Pattern: Full-Time – 37 hours per week
Start Date: 07 January 2026
Pay Rate: £25.00 – £35.00 per hour
The ideal candidate will have:
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Electrical Installation qualification to Level 3
Assessing qualification at Level 2 (or relevant assessing experience)
Strong knowledge of electrical installation principles, safety, and industry standards
Ability to deliver engaging and practical learning sessions
Key Responsibilities:*Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Installation
*Support learners in developing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills
*Assess learners’ work in line with Level 2 requirements
*Maintain a safe, positive, and productive workshop environment
*Contribute to continuous improvement within the construction/electrical department
