Teaching Assistant (SEMH)
Location: Wakefield

Training: Team Teach advantageous
We are seeking an experienced and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Wakefield. This is an opportunity to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs who present challenging behaviour and require a calm, consistent and therapeutic approach.
Key Requirements
*Proven experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviour
*Background in SEMH, alternative provision, youth work or similar
*Team Teach training highly desirable
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
*Available for an immediate start
