Are you a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are currently recruiting talented SEN teachers, Learning Support Assistant and Teaching Assistants for schools across the Chesterfield area with an immediate start.
About the Role:
You will be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The role involves:
*Delivering and supporting in tailored lessons and support plans
*Working closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
*Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
*Monitoring and assessing student progress
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent TA qualification
*Experience or strong interest in Special Educational Needs education
*Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team
*Driving Licence essential
