Your new role
You will be delivering end to end accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, purchase orders and supporting the management accounts function with month end ledger close. The organisation use Xero and are a bright proactive, fun team.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have proven recent experience of covering Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable on an end to end basis. You will be liaising with over 40 suppliers and raising invoices, raising PO numbers, applying the POs and liaising with suppliers. You will have excellent communication skills and be keen to build relationships with suppliers. Ideally you will have previously used Xero or Sage and be a user of Excel.
